Good to know

Deposit: 50% of the build fee to begin, balance before the bot goes live.
Monthly fee: billed monthly in advance, starts once the bot is live.
Platform costs: third-party costs (WhatsApp API, premium plans) are covered within your monthly fee unless stated.
Support: small fixes and updates included monthly, larger changes quoted separately.
